    Professional, courteous and excellent value.

    We have today had my husband's childhood family home cleared by a team from Chapel & Chapel. From the first point of contact to the final scoot around with the Hoover the service was first class. All of the staff were polite, friendly and professional making a difficult time for my husband so much easier. I could not give them any higher praise and would not hesitate to recommend their services . Also the price quoted was the price charged as promised and it was excellent value for money .

    We used Chapel and Chapel to clear my father’s retirement flat ready for sale after he moved to a care home. The service was excellent, a team of two came and took away all the things we wanted to get rid of, saving us countless trips to the tip and removing bulky furniture items which we would have been unable to remove ourselves. We were very happy with the price, particularly because we felt confident that any useful items would be recycled and anything that could not be reused would be disposed of responsibly and not fly-tipped.

    Review for Chapel & Chapel House Clearance I recently used Chapel & Chapel for a house clearance, and they were excellent from beginning to end. The team was prompt, polite, and incredibly efficient, taking great care with every part of the process. This was a particularly difficult task, as it was my late parents’ house, and the team showed remarkable consideration and empathy throughout. They handled everything with professionalism and genuine compassion, which made a challenging experience much easier to manage. I cannot recommend Chapel & Chapel highly enough!

We do House Clearances in Essex and the Home Counties and are rather good at them too!

Many people think that a House Clearance is a service that would involve a couple of unsightly gentlemen wearing string vests throwing your prized possessions onto the back of a tipper truck for an astronomical fee and in a lot of cases they would be right.

Chapel and Chapel have a different approach. Clearances are undertaken on behalf of Solicitors, Estate Agents, Estate Executors and Private Individuals on a regular basis and our Team are both Polite and Courteous and respectful to the circumstance.

The property is left empty, clean & tidy and ready for re-sale or re-let.

We exercise our Asset Realisation Skills to their maximum when clearing properties to ensure that no item is overlooked in the property to ensure that the best prices are obtained for your contents. It is often the case that when we have cleared a house of it's contents we pay the property owner money, not present them with a bill.

We offer a free House Clearance Valuation Service and cover most of South East England so whether it's a clearance in Essex, Kent, Suffolk or East London contact us to arrange a free valuation.

A full Probation Valuation is also at your disposal, should you require this service too.
