10 Sensitive and professional home clearance company

I highly recommend chapel & chapel as from the initial quote by Robert to the flat clearance day of our late Mum, it was professional. Tom & mark let us know when they were going to arrive, informed us what they were going to do. My sister tried to keep out of their way but were on hand for any questions. We used Chapel and Chapel for House Clearance when our mum was going into a residential home. Really pleased with the service all round, from the initial call to received pictures of the cleared property. Matthew was really helpful, turned up on time, talked us through the process and gave a quite we were happy with. On the day, they turned up on time, very professional, all cleared as agreed. Job location: CM12Chapel and chapel cleared my mum’s house and I cannot praise the two guys enough ! Their communication and time keeping was excellent ! Everyone at Chapel & Chapel have been courteous and helpful. We chose them to clear my Dad's property and a team of three arrived to do the job. We went round the property for them to assess the job and they then worked carefully and methodically to clear the house, sheds and garage. We have today had my husband's childhood family home cleared by a team from Chapel & Chapel. From the first point of contact to the final scoot around with the Hoover the service was first class. All of the staff were polite, friendly and professional making a difficult time for my husband so much easier. I could not give them any higher praise and would not hesitate to recommend their services . Many people think that a House Clearance is a service that would involve a couple of unsightly gentlemen wearing string vests throwing your prized possessions onto the back of a tipper truck for an astronomical fee and in a lot of cases they would be right.
Chapel and Chapel have a different approach. Clearances are undertaken on behalf of Solicitors, Estate Agents, Estate Executors and Private Individuals on a regular basis and our Team are both Polite and Courteous and respectful to the circumstance.
The property is left empty, clean & tidy and ready for re-sale or re-let.
We exercise our Asset Realisation Skills to their maximum when clearing properties to ensure that no item is overlooked in the property to ensure that the best prices are obtained for your contents. It is often the case that when we have cleared a house of it's contents we pay the property owner money, not present them with a bill.
We offer a free House Clearance Valuation Service and cover most of South East England so whether it's a clearance in Essex, Kent, Suffolk or East London contact us to arrange a free valuation.
