We do House Clearances in Essex and the Home Counties and are rather good at them too!
Many people think that a House Clearance is a service that would involve a couple of unsightly gentlemen wearing string vests throwing your prized possessions onto the back of a tipper truck for an astronomical fee and in a lot of cases they would be right.
Chapel and Chapel have a different approach. Clearances are undertaken on behalf of Solicitors, Estate Agents, Estate Executors and Private Individuals on a regular basis and our Team are both Polite and Courteous and respectful to the circumstance.
The property is left empty, clean & tidy and ready for re-sale or re-let.
We exercise our Asset Realisation Skills to their maximum when clearing properties to ensure that no item is overlooked in the property to ensure that the best prices are obtained for your contents. It is often the case that when we have cleared a house of it's contents we pay the property owner money, not present them with a bill.
We offer a free House Clearance Valuation Service and cover most of South East England so whether it's a clearance in Essex, Kent, Suffolk or East London contact us to arrange a free valuation.
