Excellent experience in that the workmen were considerate of our property and were polite and the attention to detail in the finishing off particularly pleasing. All the boxes were ticked.

Channel Windows installed original windows thirty years ago. The firm shows respect for its customers and does an excellent job cleanly, efficiently and without undue noise. Thoroughly recommended.

Channel windows came and measured up, then sent a quote a few days later, which I accepted. I had to remind them a week later to send the paperwork. A few days after that they called and said the sales guy had made a mistake and wouldn't honor the quote they'd supplied. They didn't even try to work something out. All in all it was a waste of time. I'd look elsewhere as it was pretty bad service.

We would recommend Channel Windows to anyone wanting work carried out. We had 3 very large single glazed sash windows that we needed to secondary glaze (no double glazing as listed). The whole job from the first appointment to measure up to the actual fitting was excellent. Very friendly and competent staff. A special mention to Mark and Bryan who did the fitting - very polite and did a great job. Definitely recommend this company.

We had our conservatory installed by Channel Windows 10 years ago and over this time they have been out to our property over 50(yes 50) times to try and bodge our leaking roof. During this time they admitted that the pitch on the roof wasn't correct hence it leaking but they never fixed this but spent hours and hours coming out to put sealant in rather than fixing the issue. We have wasted hours and hours with Channel Windows calling them and them never fixing the issue. Now the 10 year warranty has run out it still continues to leak and we are having to knock it down. A waste of money! Avoid
