  Mr Chan came to my house on fifteenth occasions: Boiler service Installation of a smart thermostat Re opening of a gas line for a gas hob Washing machine/ dishwasher installation Every time, he was punctual, polite, stated what he needed (any fitting missing or extra space to move around) and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done as promptly as he could. He is a great person to know, and an amazing plumber, I'm glad I can count on him :)
