    Water pressure

    We have recently had a kitchen fitted and the water pressure in the taps was really low. We rang Chameleon and they said someone could come out to have a look. Assumed this would be a quick look and then we’d be quoted to fix it as we weren’t told otherwise. The engineer was here for ten minutes, told us there was no fix and then charged £85. Not really his fault but we had no idea this was the process. Poor communication and now left out of pocket but in the same position as before. Wouldn’t recommend.

    Can’t rate the team who came out to sort the leak highly enough. Every one of the engineers that were at my house were friendly , helpful and knew exactly what they were doing. Such a nice group of lads, would highly recommend Chameleon.

    Installing 7 radiators around the house

    They went about and did their job while we were out for day. Came home! No sockets were put on behind the radiators which left big holes in the walls behind double barrelled radiators which you see behind radiators. They came back another day to put the sockets on which was fine. Couple days later a radiator came off the wall with fittings too causing damage to plasterboard wall. They’re now saying it’s the plasterboards fault for being too soft and then had the cheek to ask for more money to put support behind the plasterboard. Now they’re just ignoring my messages n calls to do the job.
