The job was to remove a built-in cupboard to create space in the hallway (demolition, rerouting of pipes, make-good), refloor and repaint the hallways, and update the staircase (new carpet, new banister, resolve creaks). Chalk Build did a great job, always prioritising health and safety (e.g. not disturbing asbestos tiles). Communication was excellent throughout the project, with any potential delays flagged early and costs explained transparently. Mustafa was great at making suggestions and coming up with ideas for what could work in the space. Finished product very good. Overall great job.

Mustafa and his team did a great job with my bathroom renovation, which involved a complete strip out from floor to ceiling. We ran into a few design-related issues at the start but Mustafa was great at coming up with solutions, without compromising the finish I was looking for. Mustafa was great at keeping me updated throughout the project, and it is very clear that the Chalk team care about leaving their customers satisfied with the end product and their service.

We recently had extensive work done on our house by Chalk Build, and we are extremely pleased with the results. The scope of the project included leveling the floor, changing the flooring, painting throughout, changing all radiators, installing a brand new bathroom with a different layout, fixing the roof, replacing a lead pipe, and insulating the roof. From the beginning, a really nice introduction and understanding of what I wanted. Everything was planned really well and easy to follow even by far through a platform that they use. A full refurbishment (electricity, wood floor, bathroom, walls / paint). The team did an incredible job, always available and pleasant to have them home. They also are careful on the impact it can have on the neighbours. Can’t wait for the next project. Many thanks to all of you, great job !

We hired Chalk for a full renovation project for a Penthouse, including a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, new radiator etc. We was thoroughly impressed with their services. The quotation provided was accurate, and the work was completed to a very high standard and on time, following the design specifications. The project management was excellent, and they provided regular updates with photos. Communication was easy, and the team, especially Mustafa, Joe, and Gary, were fantastic throughout the project. I highly recommend their services.
