Booked a double oven and bbq clean for same day. Oven guy arrived, wasn't booked for bbq, no time to do it, had to reschedule bbq clean for when family from abroad was over. Oven clean was outstanding, beautiful job. Oven was very bad, looked brand new after. I wasnt there for bbq job. Was horrendous. Filthy outside and inside cupboard underneath, knobs and crevices filthy, just shocking that someone could think that was clean. Complained, they offered same guy to finish job, declined, declined new guy. Just unprofessional really, wouldnt use again.

Truely blown away with the service. I had been let down on the day from another company to have my double oven and extractor hood cleaned. I called but no answer the first time. Within 10mins I had a call back from Steve, really nice asking me how he can help etc. I needed the job done within 48hours.. Although being fully booked, he managed to fit me in accommodating to my timings. (First thing in the morning) I had Alex turn up on the time that was agreed, very pleasant, professional, cracked on with the cleaning. It’s like we’ve bought a brand new oven! Spotless! Thank you so much.

Excellent job my oven looked like new. Very easy to schedule time for the clean, arrived promptly, worked efficiently, discussed other options like cleaning the hood with no pressure. Overall a great experience would recommend to anyone.
