As always, Graham Chalcroft and team did a wonderful job and kept me updated throughout with all that needed to be done. Excellent work, which is why I will always employ them for works that are required for my home. A truly client-centred service.

Graeme was amazing, from the first contact I knew he was the right guy for the job. Fixing stair rails to new build plasterboard walls. Needed to be strong for a disabled occupant. Graeme made sure he over engineered it and the rails are rock solid. He went out of his way to accommodate getting the work done around other commitments. The finish was immaculate and to a very high standard. I would recommend Graeme highly and would most definitely employ again if we needed any work done in the future. Great guy and great set of lads working with him too. 10/10!

Last year Grahame built our Garden Room and we had cream windows and doors fitted which looked great. Rest of the house had oak effect and we knew we would eventually replace these with more cream windows and doors. Grahame and his team made a great job of fitting these and also took the opportunity to better insulate the surrounding brickwork. Going the extra mile sums up Grahame and his team.

Grahame recently carried out work to repair brickwork on my porch. From my initial contact with him his communication was fantastic as was his understanding of exactly was required. I had full confidence in him and the work was completed very much to my satisfaction. I have no hesitation in using or recommending Grahame in the future.

Shortly after we bought the house, we employed a local builder (not Grahame I hasten to add) to dig some french drains and fit a threshold drain across the front door. I thought this ran away into the nearby downpipe, but recently the wall next to the threshold appeared very wet. A bit of excavating showed that there was no connection to the downpipe. Grahame and his team fitted a t-piece to the downpipe to take an outlet from the threshold. Great work thank you.

We noticed the old shower was leaking through the ceiling into the kitchen. Grahame fitted a new shower enclosure and we also chose a new pumped shower direct from our combi boiler with both a wand and monsoon outlets. Original tiling was a shambles and we went for shower boards. Awesome. Great work guys and thank you.
