Brilliant job from start to finish. The carpet on my stairs and upper landing looks brand new again, every stain gone and the whole area feels fresh. The level of professionalism really stood out, punctual, respectful, and clearly takes pride in his work. You can tell real care and attention went into it. Highly recommend!!!

Callum came out to do a clean of my living room carpet. He was as extremely polite and professional. His communication beforehand was perfect and the quality of his work speaks for itself. He transformed my carpet back to sparkling after having endured the various mess and stains of children and dogs. I would 100% recommend Callum and will undoubtedly be asking him back in the future

Callum was incredible. We have just brought a house which has cream carpet everywhere, and it had seen better days, full of pet hair, make up stains and coffee. Callum got our carpets so clean that someone thought they were brand new! Not only did he do a great job, his communication was 10/10, keeping us informed before and during the job. I hired CG's carpet & upholstery care to clean my living room carpet(3 children dogs&cats). I am SO impressed with how it's turned out and also very grateful for how hard Callum worked, nearly 2 hours he worked on it he really did graft away at it. So polite and professional and I was shocked how good the prices are! I've paid double before and the man was literally in there half an hour and it didn't look half as good as when callum did it yesterday. Highly recommended!
