Our boiler failed during the coldest weather, and Connor responded quickly and professionally, understanding how urgent the situation was. He arranged and fitted a brand-new boiler in an emergency, getting our heating and hot water back up and running when we needed it most. From start to finish, Connor was reliable, knowledgeable, and reassuring.   The CGR team have done multiple jobs for us over the last few years from fixing leaks at short notice, installing a new boiler, to advising on, supplying and fitting a system that has given us amazing hot and cold water pressure in every tap in the house. Every job has been zero stress for us. They’re always responsive, calm, honest, pragmatic, clean up after themselves, and are utterly reliable. We can’t fault them - Strong recommend.

  Once again a rapid and professional response from CGR. A catastrophic failure of an underfloor heating component combined with issues of an ageing boiler on an old mismatched system quickly and satisfactorily resolved in time for the Christmas break. Boiler and associated components replaced, and repair done with minimum fuss. I have used CGR a few times now-and will definitely use again. Highly recommended. Thank you Connor.
