The company contacted me shortly after my advert on Checkatrade. We arranged a date to see the person to give me a quote and I agreed for the work to be done. He was punctual and polite on the day of work and finished it quickly.

There was a leak in one of the gutter union and CG property maintenance were quick with the quotation and explained the issue and quickly carried out the necessary work to resolve it. I am happy with the work and would recommend them for any such issues.

Corner came to fix a a leak around my sky light,he was very polite and professional,he explained what needed to be done and completed the job in good time .very lovely friendly young man.
