My journey started at the age of 19 having enrolled as an apprentice with industry leaders British Gas.

I was able to learn skills and develop a deep understanding of the trade. After successfully passing my apprenticeship in the year 2000, I continued my employment with British Gas for a further 15 years serving my role as a senior technical engineer.

After gaining invaluable experience, I decided to take the next step in my professional journey and build something of my own. My decision to move on from British Gas was driven by a desire to push myself further as an engineer by becoming a sole trader working all over the country including London carrying out installation work on social housing contracts followed by working for the Ministry of Defense installing boilers on military sites throughout the UK. My passion to continually learn and refine my skills expanding on my expertise to better serve clients and the community was to fulfil my dream of becoming a business owner.

By building my own brand. I’m now able to offer a personalized and reliable service that goes beyond the ordinary, delivering the best solutions for heating and plumbing needs. I pride myself on being a trustworthy professional who puts the customer’s needs first, offering not only technical know-how but also peace of mind.

I'm a big believer in doing things right, focusing in on accreditations, quality management and standing out from the rest. I’m excited to continue growing, improving, and providing high end services to those who need it most!
