CGM have been fantastic from start to finish. At survey I was provided with solid and honest advice. I share ownership of the property and CGM worked with both parties through each step of the works providing mid works and completion photos. Chimney removal works were incredibly urgent and CGM ensured this issue was resolved extremely quickly with an increased team being put on the job to ensure removal and reinstatement were completed in a day. I can not fault the quality of the work, a lovely team and John has been communicative throughout - all at an extremely fair price.

After having a temporary fix put in place on a leaky roof a few years ago we decided to get the roof sorted properly. I'm very happy with the work carried out by CGM. Despite coming out the lowest quote they did a high quality job changing all felting, support battons and all broken tiles as well as giving the secure tiles a clean. We was kept updated throughout the job including about the scaffolding and all timelines were met. Would certainly use again.

Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and timely in the work undertaken. John gave me images of the roofing problem and explained the situation. Completed initial work to ensure that the roof was safe and repaired. At my request gave a further quote for additional works, due to wear and tear and showed images of the work to be undertaken. Would use the company again.

John and his team came out and gave me a well explained quote. They organised scaffolding and materials to be delivered to my property and gave us a start date which was within 2 weeks. They was very professional, kept me updated on photos and done a very good job. They went out there way on cleaning up after them selfs and left it more tidy then it was before. Excellent service, wonderful people and all round great company. Would recommend them to anyone. Great work !
