    Loft hatch installed and insulation

    I am delighted with the work that has been done . I had a loft hatch fitted and the loft insulated . My house now feels much warmer I strongly recommend this firm.

    We found Christopher Graily (CG Joiners) on line and are so pleased we did. When he came to see what needed doing we said you won’t let us down will you. He assured us he is a man of his word….old fashioned values as he called it and with that we knew we had the right man. He and Leah, his trainee are superb. They are truly all rounders…they laid new wooden flooring in the downstairs toilet, hall and dining room, put new skirting boards round, and tidied and repainted where needed. We are extremely happy with the finished result. If you want a professional job doing we recommend CG Joinery.

    Lounge shelves & cupboards

    Chris and Leah did a fantastic job, making & installing a set of shelves and cupboards either side of the chimney breast in my lounge. The finished product is excellent and their courtesy & communication first rate. Thanks!

    We have used Chris now for almost 5 years, the quality of the workmanship is second to none. In October 2024 Chris made two large pergolas for the exterior or our cottages. They are superb and the guest love them. In October 2025, we Chris to build us three more pergolas. We'll let you judge for yourself the quality and impact these have made to our outside space.

Here at CG Joinery we provide a service to suit your own specific requirements for purpose made joinery, and more. Made in our fully equipped joinery workshops along with steel fabrication workshop for items needed on specific farm gates and high security doors. We provide services for common types of work and bespoke work tailored to your designs and needs.

We can produce virtually anything in timber, items such as Stairs, windows, Doors, Gates, Tables and other furniture like Bookcases and Dressers and kitchens just how you want them, as individual as you the customer

We work with Reclaimed Timber to construct anything as small as a cupboard door to a full hairdresser’s salon or a complete bar refurbishment using old, reclaimed timber, and new wood to look old and with a fine patina to a 100-year-old look achieved with an in-house technique original to CG Joinery.

With an honest and reliable attitude to business where of course the customer is the most important "cog" in the machine.

CG Joinery also accommodates site work if needed on restoration projects like old and listed buildings, doing such tasks as making doors, windows, window sashes, joinery ,moulding etc. that you would need on a restoration project where some joinery is in good condition but needs new sashes or moulding

Building work can be accommodated if needs be along with the joinery on your project, just e-mail over a request and we will take it into consideration
