Charlie was excellent. He got back to me quickly after I called him. He came to see the job as soon as possible and told me exactly what needed doing. Even showing me the part he needed to get in the Screwfix catalogue. He then returned the next day to fit it. He was friendly and personable, giving me confidence. He said what he was going to do, and he did it, which is often not a characteristic of plumbers. I’ve met before I look forward to working with him in the future.

Whenever, I have a plumbing panic, Charlie effectively and promptly resolves the problem, having parts available. His work is thorough and reveals both dedication and skill. Charlie was so good. He didn’t even have a cup of tea! He managed to identify the problem (a dripping pipe) and he fixed it in a jiffy.
