  Good call out and electrical repairs

  My tenants sourced Connor from Check a Trade. Half the flat's electrics had blown. We needed an immediate call out and Connor said he could get to the flat within a couple of hours - which he did - and advised the tenants what to do in the meantime. The problem was a badly installed fuseboard which had blown, work that was done - not by him ! - only 12 months prior. CGB's charges were transparent - a call out fee , checks and securing the electrics on site, and then a return the next day with the parts to make the repairs. The cost under £400 were reasonable and I will use him again.

  I called CGB Electrical to replace a heat alarm in a rented property. They contacted the tenant to arrange a suitable time and carried out the work as requested. They kept me up to date with everything. Very pleased.
