Meeting deadline on this project was critical due to the nature of the business of the client, this project being their core production facility. Razvan not only immediately understood the complexity of the steel design set by the engineer, but also the importance of meeting program - the mezzanine was critical to then enabling all the other trades to follow on into the fit out phase. His communication was clear and professional throughout and even organised around the supply of the fabrication team, working out of hours to ensure the deadline was achieved, and still to a high standard.

These builders are amazing. You hear horrendous story's of tradesmen, but these are the best. Very knowlegable and a great fantastic workers, always arrived on time every day. Even after they left they still came and checked all was ok. They worked in 40 degree heat for a good few hours too, where in the UK would you get that?!  Would definitely recommend again.

We had the house painted and he did a great job. He took his time to prep all the walls before painting. The ceiling in the living room was also skimmed (someone else did a poor job and we needed it corrected). The skimming was done perfectly and the ceiling looks amazing now. He left the house clean and tidy. Very friendly and highly professional wouldn’t hesitate to use him again!
