  C. Evans Property Maintenance has carrried out severel pieces of work form me. Each and everytime I have been very happy. The work is carried out, promptly and to a very high standard. Prices quotes have always been reasonable and sometimes the work has even come in under. As a landlord with multiple properties I would not hesiate to recommend or use Chase. Extremely happy and could not recomend any higher.

  We have used this company on numerous occasions over 2025 from gardening work such as shed replacement and patio laying to indoor work such as decorating and bathroom refitting and have found the work to be outstanding. The communication was brilliant and all areas were left clean and tidy, I would recommend him for any jobs you may have
