I am so pleased I spoke to Aziz on Sunday! My (fairly new) toilet flush went wrong - it’s one of those modern ones, and it’s the second one I’ve had. It kept on flushing without the cistern filling. I was in a bit of state (bad week, last straw) but Aziz was a very calming influence, talked me through how to turn it off and arranged a visit. He came when he said he would, and took the whole thing apart to do a thorough job of fixing it. How I wish I had discovered his company before! I am genuinely very grateful and very impressed! And, aside from all that, he was a really nice chap.

Had a great experience with Certified Group Limited. From start to finish, communication was clear, easy to follow, and very informative. They were also transparent about pricing, which made everything straightforward. Aziz and Chris arrived right on time with each visit and carried out the work professionally, leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards. The job itself was done to a high standard, and it was a nice touch receiving a report afterwards with before and after photos. Overall, very pleased with their work. I’d happily use them again and would recommend them to others.

Really impressed with the service from Aziz. He was quick to respond, turned up bang on time, and got everything sorted very efficiently with no fuss. He was very professional throughout, and what I really appreciated was that he even called me beforehand to talk me through what to do when he couldn’t get there straight away. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Aziz and his team at Certified have done more work for me since last year: really extensive jobs. My house needed reroofing and I wanted to rebuild the deck in my garden. This was all the work of some months. Aziz and his team were incredibly hard working, thorough, and the quality of their work shines through. Aziz will always show you what he's doing as he's doing it, so you can see what's being removed and what is being installed. He is extremely friendly, helpful and polite and so are all his team. I was always kept updated. Not the cheapest but worth it.

Aziz and Chris are outstanding. They are so thorough with their work and everything is completed to an extremely high standard. They are both lovely people and a pleasure to have in the house. They are very punctual and excellent at communicating. We are so grateful to them for repairing various plumbing issues and they will be our first port of call for anything in the future.

Aziz and Chris did a fantastic work of installing a new boiling and heating system in our apartment. Certified Group agreed to take this installation work in a very short notice and that too in the end of October just ahead of winter season which is highly anticipated. They managed to effectively complete the installation in 5 working days which involved dismantling existing boiling and heating system, procuring materials for installing new system, providing demo of the new system. Both Aziz and Chris had great knowledge and skill and were experts in this installation. Highly recommended!
