I've been using Certified Group for years for plumbing and heating works. This instance was a toilet replacement. I am happy with the cleanliness and the quality of the work carried out. I will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone.

Aziz and his team from Certified Group Ltd did a wonderful job on my bathroom. My shower/bath taps were replaced, plumbing in my sink and toilet repaired and a new toilet installed. Aziz was thoughtful in explaining what needed to be done: communication was excellent. Work I'd had done previously was failing: I could see this with my own eyes and Aziz came up with great solutions to the issues I was facing. He was always clear about timing and pricing. He documented all his work and he and his team always cleaned up spotlessly at the end of each day. I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Aziz and his team have worked for several months to renovate the basement of my house to a very high standard. Floors, ceiling, walls, gas, electrics, shower, toilet - the whole lot. It required lots of different skillsets, and Certified brought it all together beautifully. The quality of the workmanship, including bespoke handmade elements, is easily the best we have ever seen. They made it easy for us, and we quickly became confident that they knew exactly what we needed. We will be using them again, for sure.

Aziz and his colleagues, Karim, Chris and Kem, were fantastic in helping us at a very difficult time just before Christmas. Our gas meter had been changed and the fitter detected a fall in pressure, which means a leak in the system, so he had to shut off our gas. Aziz and colleagues attended at short notice and worked late into the evening on more than one day to replace a series of sub-standard pipes in our elderly house. They have very high standards of workmanship. They also take the time to explain everything with great patience and good humour. We’ll be using them again.

Aziz, Chris and the company were great. They fitted us in very quickly and had a ‘can do’ attitude towards solutions to problems. This is the second time we have used them and the service remains excellent Highly recommended

Certified fitted a new boiler and radiators in my large Victorian house in 2015, and since then they have done numerous other things, e.g. fitting and servicing water booster tanks, major boiler services/fixes, and redoing the gas pipes from the mains system to the house and the heating system. In every case their work has been of the highest standard, and I know this because I have used other firms, none of which compare to Certified. They work long days/evening and weekends to get the job done. Client safety is their driving mission above all, and they are very friendly to the whole family.
