Bathroom Fitting

Work on the bathroom was completed to a good standard and Mike Clark was considerate and cleared the area after working. There are problems however with the towel rail being too close to the shower entrance and also the basin pull-up plug does not hold water. My main concern though is Mike's unacceptable, unprovoked exploitative and bullying behaviour towards me at times which included shouting at me and accusing me of delaying his work because areas of plastering were not dry from the previous day and many instances of overbearing and unreasonable behaviour. He created issues and problems

We absolutely refute the very personal and vindictive claims in this review and would encourage customers to look at our previous twenty years of reviews. The radiator was added by the customer against our recommendation as it was too big for the space.

Bathroom fit

Mike carried out an excellent job on our bathroom. Fitted a new shower, tray and cubicle as well as installing a new vanity unit, splashback and flooring. His attention to detail was second to none and kept us informed throughout. Would highly recommend. Very impressed!

New en-suite and master bathroom

We used Checkatrade as we are new to the area and need lots of upgrades to our house. We tried local showrooms but felt the costs were very high. Mike quoted and was at least half the price but his workmanship and attention to detail far exceeds our expectations. We highly recommend using Ceramica.

A huge amount of praise for Mike and Karen at Ceramica. They completed a full refit of my mother’s bathroom. The work was excellent, with amazing attention to detail. The approach was sensitive to my mother’s needs and they worked in a clean and tidy manner. 10 out of 10 !

Mike and Karen are a great team . They are pleasant and courteous, very tidy and determined to do a perfect job. They achieved this and we are grateful for the care with which they did the work and respected our home. They were approachable and accessible throughout, from coming up with ideas and suggestions for the new en-suite bathroom to doing the refurbishment. Professional with high standards. Very happy that we chose them and would heartily recommend.
