If you can get CEP in to do your renovation, you have found the best. They are busy, but well worth waiting for. Chris and his team took out a huge chimney breast to create a new kitchen/ diner in our 1896 brick villa. They also removed a wall upstairs to lighten the load and created a new ensuite bedroom with real flair. The team are great, friendly and skilled. Chris himself has vision and imagination. He kept us involved in terms of how the build was going and our options, and in terms of cost. We lived on site and the team created us a make shift kitchen which was ideal.

Chris is highly skilled and has always shown great care and attention to detail on the projects he has done for us. I highly recommend him for any building project 👍

Chris, and his team took out old kitchen re-plastered my kitchen ceiling and walls. The put in my new kitchen cupboards.

CEP came to our rescue when we had a roof leak, which became apparent in March this year. They initially secured the source of the leak and then quickly returned to undertake the full repair which involved replacing a lead valley between us and our neighbours. Without exception Chris and his team worked really hard, they were punctual, tidy, friendly, courteous and respectful. This happened just as we were selling our house, and Chris ensured that the repairs did not affect the progress of the sale at all. We will be forever grateful.
