  Excellent Professional,Friendly Service

  Alan gave me a quote for some roofing repair works on my elderly mother in laws house . Turned up as promised, very polite and professional . Started the works but identified a bit of extra work that was required . He didn’t charge extra just said his quote was his quote . Very satisfied with the quality of his work and his excellent friendly service . Would have no hesitation in using his services again . Highly recommend.

  Outstanding Customer Service

  Contacted Alan - explained that my 90 yr old mother in law had discovered some tiles hanging off the side of her roof . He was already working on a job but promised that he would definitely call out later that day to assess the problem. True to his word he came to the house made the tiles safe and then explained clearly what he thought the problem was . He reassured us that we could leave things as they were or talked us through a couple of low cost precautionary works . No hard sell , no fear factor tactics that you sometimes come across - just outstanding customer service . Highly recommend.

  Repointing of roof valleys and ridge, fixed broken tiles.

  Alan visited me on the day I first contacted him and provided an email quote the same day. The quote was extremely reasonable. When he first visited, he took the time to get up onto my roof, took pictures/videos of the issues and showed me. He found other issues that I didn't know existed because our roof had not been fixed for a long time. He showed the videos of these issues. Alan managed to fit me in, in a timely manner. Alan and his team arrived early and they were polite, professional and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Very satisfied. Would highly recommend.

  Whole roof replacement

  I couldn't be happier with the full roof replacement completed by Alan and the Central Roofing team. From start to finish, their communication was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. They completed the job to a high standard and finished on time, which was greatly appreciated. Plus, they left the site spotless after the work was done! I would 100% recommend Central Roofing for any roofing needs in the future. A fantastic experience overall—thank you, Alan and the team!

  Garage roof remove felt replaced with rubber

  Good job but and friendly men only had verbal quote and job went up in price should have got written quote my own fault and wait for warranty still

  Very good workmanship. Really care what they are doing. Just tell them what you want and be there and watch them do it and you won't go wrong.
