I contacted the firm to service my old boiler, on the recommendation of my daughter who recently had her boiler checked over and was very happy with both the service and cost. Thomas arrived punctually and quickly identified several serious issues, which he carefully and clearly explained. Within one hour I had specs and quotes for several suitable replacement boilers from the firm, all very reasonably priced. And within 3 working days my new Glowworm combi was up and running, job completed to schedule with minimal disruption, old boiler removed and disposed of, kitchen left spotlessly clean.

Great company, arrived when they said they would, explained everything well, installed the boiler with no issues and will service it annually for us. Good price, friendly, polite, neat work, reliable and helpful - exactly what you want from a company. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again.
