    Really quick, friendly & efficient. Discussed everything with us and arrived as promised. Great value for money too, as charges for full job rather than 1/2 hourly. Would recommend. 10/10

    Toilet not emptying

    Cannot rate Central Drains Ltd. highly enough. They were incredibly responsive and came out the same day to sort the problem. The price was extremely fair, particularly considering the amount of work they ended up having to do! Daniel kept me informed as they worked and gave me a clear plan of next steps to resolve the larger issues they uncovered. They were fantastic and I would happily recommend them.

    Brick blocking outside drain

    I can’t fault central drains. They were out within a few hours of speaking on the phone and did the job not only quickly but very throughly too. Making sure all the underground pipes were clear and talking me through preventative measures in future and the health of the pipes etc cannot recommend enough!

    Blocked drains

    We needed a specialist company to handle a blocked drain, which turned out to be broken pipes. Central Drains sent someone out the next day, and repairs were done within a week. Communication was clear throughout, and the work was done to the highest standards. The guys were very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. They went above and beyond and I would strongly recommend this company.
