    Building new ground floor extension and garage

    Dan and his team undertook 2 major projects requiring demolition work and building a new ground floor extension and garage together with various interior projects, all necessitating a range of professional skills. All work was undertaken as agreed and was on time, with additional work included when requested. Dan and his key team of Sam and Lewis are exceptionally skilled builders and were respectful of working within our home. They engaged professional external trades where required who also worked to very high standards. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

    Kitchen, utility and two bathrooms

    What a fantastic job they did!! Their workmanship is exceptional, they were tidy and everything was done on the time scale they set. Nothing was too much trouble even when I added extra jobs. We are so happy with our new kitchen and bathrooms. I would definitely not hesitate in recommending Central Building and Maintenance and can’t wait to have them back for our next project.
