We contacted Cen after being messed around by our previous Aircon supplier/servicer. We saw these wonderful, glowing reviews online for Cen Air and decided to give them a go. So glad we did! Cen is great guy, From the first moment of contact, to quoting, and arriving right on time. He carried out his work with total professionalism. He was thorough, clean and tidy, found the issues in our system and repaired them. He gave us a full explanation of the works carried out and everything is now working perfectly again. From initial contact & throughout Cen was professional & personable. Proper dialogue, listened to me as I did to him. No nonsense quoting Excellent communication. From the time of initial contact to having 2 air conditioning units installed, we had an extremely positive experience with Cen Air. Cen was very knowledgeable and guided us in our choice of manufacturer. He is a Daikin certified installer which gave us peace of mind that the work would be carried out to the highest standard, which it was. Cen and his colleague were punctual, professional and a joy to have in our premises. They worked hard and carried out the installation in 2 days.
