Ian and Chris were superb with their communications to us - we called that greatly. The workmanship was excellent and the time to complete the job was excellent as we had moved out for a couple of days while the work was done and came back at the time we wanted to find everything was ready to go. Had a smart thermostat installed, and from the beginning they were very helpful in advising what thermostat to get. Installation was super easy and fast, and he even fixed a wiring error in my boiler, would definilty hire again

Ian was very thorough and helpful. He arrived promptly, serviced the boiler, checked all the radiators properly and even fixed one malfunctioning radiator at no extra cost.

I needed the condenser plug replaced. During the initial communication I struggled to find the correct boiler information needed to find the right part. They were very patient while I looked for it and gave me ideas of where it can be found. As soon as it was found the job was booked. I was told the price and they fitted the time when I was available. Everyone from the business was helpful and polite. i also booked a service as this was a better price deal for the job that needed doing. Happy to use them again for my next service.
