    I had a straight forward quote . Then a fast time slot allocated to complete the work . The fitter was professional , kind , clean helpful and worked hard all day . Couldn’t speak highly enough of his manners and professionalism .

    Michael, the engineer, was very competent. His helper did leave one of my radiator bleed valves open, but luckily I caught it before any damage was done. This was the only lapse in professionalism, and the overall job was done well for an excellent price.

    The engineer identified that the boiler had a defective part as part of the service which related to problems we'd been experiencing. Got it fixed and fully serviced promptly and been working great since.

    Combi boiler replacement

    I have moved into a new property and the boiler needed replacing. Celmeng were incredibly competitive with their quote (almost £1,500 cheaper than three other companies) The job was booked in for three days later, they arrived within the advised time and ensure the work was completed with minimal disruption to the house (school holidays so family around) They ensured the mess from job was cleared up and went through clearly how to program the boiler as well as sending the warranty to me via before they left. Both engineers were polite and friendly and I highly recommend.

    fitting a three way valve to heating system

    Communication from start to finish was excellent. They quoted for job in advanced and invoiced accordingly. My tenant was impressed with the quality of the engineer's work and consequently wishes to use them in the future himself. They are now my preferred contractor for heating and plumbing.
