    Communication from start to finish was excellent. They quoted for job in advanced and invoiced accordingly. My tenant was impressed with the quality of the engineer's work and consequently wishes to use them in the future himself. They are now my preferred contractor for heating and plumbing.

    Celmeng responded quickly to my request through Checkatrade. After a brief discussion of the problem I was given likely costs depending on what the engineer found on arrival. The engineer arrived within the arranged timeslot, he was friendly, polite and offered clear explanations. We agreed what should be done and he just got on with it in a professional manner. Very pleased with the work which was done at reasonable cost. Recommended !
