  Loft Conversion

  I recently had a full loft conversion completed by CDW and couldn’t be happier with the result. Chris and his team were professional, reliable, and clearly take great pride in their work. Communication was excellent throughout the project, and everything was completed to a very high standard. The workmanship and attention to detail really show, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I am absolutely delighted with the transformation and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality building company.

  Resited loft access

  CDW Building Services resited the loft hatch on my landing, installing a new larger hatch with inbuilt ladder making access to my loft far easier than previously. They boarded over the cracked original lath and plaster ceiling and arranged for a plasterer to come and finish the ceiling off to a perfect finish. CDW arrived on site on time and had the job completed quickly. Discussions on exactly where to place the new hatch and the size of it resulted in the optimum width of access in the restricted space. Very pleased and would definitely use again.

  Great conversion excellent service

  We employed CDW Building Services Ltd to carry out a conversion of an integral garage to a bathroom and additional room with garden access. The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. CDW Building Services were clean, tidy and considerate, providing a first class service, supportive of our needs and requirements. Helpful, knowledgeable and respectful leaving the site safe and secure every day. The end result is perfect, exactly as we had envisaged, just what we wanted and great value for money.

  Chris came and fitted a cat flap in our utility room wall. It's absolutely excellent. Really well fitted with attention to detail. Chris cleaned up afterwards really thoroughly too which I appreciated.

  Outstanding Job

  CDW recently executed a series of works for me. The primary work was replacing and updating the bathroom which included removing the old fixtures and fittings, making good the walls and the ceiling, tiling and plumbing. They also replaced six windows to various part of the house. All tasks were completed very professionally and to the highest srandard. I would happily employ them again and I highly recommed this team.
