  Both Joel and his father David are absolutely fantastic. They are extremely hard working and they do a truly fantastic job. They have worked on our house both internally and externally. Truely faultless.

  Painting the front of my house and shed

  CDS Building Maintenance(Joel & others) painted the front of my house. Firstly they repaired any damage to the old plaster. The work was done really well. The job wasn't rushed and there was attention to detail. The shed painting was done to the same high quality. I would happily use them again.

  Decorating hall, stairs & landing, kitchen and dining room

  Joel and his family are a delight to have around. Communication is excellent and lots of helpful advice given whenever needed. All work was completed to a high standard and they were very flexible about extras that got added on as we went along. We have already booked them for more work and I am sure will use them for any future work we need. Highly recommended.
