  Internal House Modifications

  Chris helped me consider some internal modifications to our house and advised on chimney removals. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also designed 2 near bathrooms for us and prepared drawings to make builder quotes easier. Overall Chris was very good to deal with and I would definitely use him again.

  Luxury single story extension

  Dealing with Chris has been quick and easy. We decided on Chris ahead of 2 other companies to help us with our creation of plans and submission to planning. I felt we had good discussions about ideas and how it may work best. Chris’s ideas really helped us to maximise the potential of the space. Highly recommend.

  Chris was very polite and attentive. He listened carefully to the scope of the works and offered sensible alternative solutions. He took time to talk to us to ensure clarity in understanding. His drawings were well presented and accurate and had we had no issues obtaining both planing and building control approval.

  Architectural plans for small extension including building regs

  Excellent service from start to finish. Chris carried out several site visits and drew up plans that met the brief and considered everything we would need to include. Chris dealt with every aspect of the planning and building regs which made it very easy for us. Would definitely recommend this company.

  Chris was amazing from start to finish. He was very thorough when considering all elements of our build, and presented all options to us clearly and was more than happy to spend time discussing. He did several site visits to make sure everything was properly considered and was very helpful in answering all my questions. All in all a fantastic service. Wouldn't hesistate to recommend CRDC.
