    Repair minor damage and repaint very high hall, landing and stairs following burst pipe.

    Excellent work and very friendly. Did what he said he would do with no drama or hassle. Would definitely use again. The work was required following a burst pipe in the bathroom. Chris provided a quote swiftly in a form acceptable to the insurance company and was happy to keep in touch throughout the approval and drying out process to be able to slot our work in as soon as conditions allowed. Even came back to help us rehang a huge mirror once paintwork was dry!

    They were very clean and thorough in their work , carried out extremely well. Communicated throughout the work time and were courteous and polite. Like many things were subject to the weather which was a cause of delay but out of their control. All in all a company that performed in an excelent manner and one I have no problems in recommending.

    CDRC have done two roof jobs for us now and on both occasions we have been very happy with the work Cris and his team have done. The quality of the work is good and the team do exactly what has been agreed and on time. Cris always responds to any questions straight away. I would definitely use CDRC again in the future.

Our company CDRC was originally established in 1974 and we have continued to grow along with our reputation in the Royal Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Crowborough and the surrounding areas.

We cover most of the south east mainly Kent and East Sussex, however we can travel further if a customer requires, We have also worked on customers propertys as far away as France on request.

We specialise in all types of roofing examples such as Slating, Tiling, Kent peg tiles, Flat roofing, Lead work, heritage stone roofing, mortar repointing, Chimney rebuilds and chimney repairs and guttering etc.

Our Property Maintenance services include Carpentry, Plastering, Bricklaying, decorating, Patios, Decking, Garden design and general Maintenance.

Our aim is to provide a reliable and trusting service to all our customers as our reputation means a lot to us and our existing customers
