Amazing service, what I really liked about Carl and his team was the ability to problem solve. There were a number of surprises during the refit but excellent solutions were provided in all accounts and I would say we ended up with a better result than we had expected from the original plans. Both the office and on-site staff were excellent at giving regular progress updates, consulting me for decision making and how the plans were changing through the week.

I'm so pleased with the work Carl, Paul, Rob, Stefano and Steve carried out for my bathroom renovation. From the quoting process through to the final snagging, Carl and Jessica have been professional, clear, flexible and effective! The work is top-notch and their suggestions about how to make it cost-effective much appreciated. They work with the very best tradesmen on their team from plumbing to electricity to tiling. As a first-time homeowner going through her first-time renovation, I couldn't have been happier. I felt they had my best interests at heart!

Prompt to quote and provide the service after I accepted. Rob did a lovely job painting the room, discussing with me the requirements and involving me in decisions. He was lovely to have around and did a beautiful job of the work, leaving it clean and tidy when he left. It felt like a transformation from building site to a liveable room! Happy customer!
