Carl has carried out a garage conversion for us, removing the garage door and digging down new footings, footing placements, bricked up to match the rest of the house and window installed. Along with removal of an old partition wall inside and replacing it with new partition wall and door to separate the new room into two. Carl was WONDERFUL!!! Cannot give him enough praise. Always here early and works SO hard, his workmanship is incredible. The brickwork is phenomenal, we couldn’t be more pleased with it. He is the cleanest builder I’ve ever met, so personable and a joy to have around!

When CDG came out to quote the work they explained everything clearly. We needed the driveway extending where the wall was being removed and they came back to check we were happy with the slabs chosen for the drive and how they would match the existing driveway. Was able to book us in promptly and the work was completed efficiently. Everything was tidied up after completion and care was taken regarding noise and disruption.

Carl did a fantastic job rebuilding a wall, blocking up a window (you’d never know it was there), moving a doorway, and repointing. Everything was done to a high standard, professionally and tidily. Carl was upfront, clear, and reliable throughout the whole process. We’re really pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

When Carl first came round to give a quote, I could tell he was professional and I trusted him. Carl arrived promptly on time and did a great job. He cleared up and left everything tidy. If I have any other building work I would like doing, I would definately contact Carl again.

Excellent communication throughout so knew what time he was starting and finishing. The quality was outstanding and all within budget. Thoroughly recommend!

Carl was given an unenviable job. Remove a locked upvc door and frame,for which we didn't have a key for, and had a stud wall directly behind it before bricking it up.He went to lots of different brick suppliers trying to get a perfect match with the existing brickwork. Managed to get the job done in a day.The work area was left really clean and tidy and cleared away all the leftover bricks and even the pallets. Very punctual,polite and kept me informed at every stage.Would highly recommended him.
