Courtney kept me informed about arrival time and length of time for the job. He was on time and explained what needed to be done. Good communication through out. The work was done within the time estimated and done to a high standard. I am very pleased with the end result. Additionally, Courtney was polite, respectful of my home and professionally friendly which made the whole experience enjoyable.
