Efficient and friendly service

Mark was great, couldn’t rate him enough. He was quick to reply, excellent communications if we didn’t understand the software and did an excellent job all round.

From start to finish their services have been impeccable. I called and discussed our symptoms. They gave me their thoughts on what it might be. They gave me a ranging price from best to worst case based on the symptoms. I got booked in. They text the day before to confirm an ETA, they then gave me an hours notice to their arrival. The install went really well, they troubleshooted the setup and told me what the issue was with the cost for repair. We agreed this, and they set about repairing everything. I couldn't fault the service and i would certainly recommend them.
