  Fit and plumb in 2 over sink water heaters

  The experience on the day was positive, everything was plumbed in and water flowing. Sadly the plumber left a leaky tap. When I contacted the plumber to remedy this, he wanted to charge me a £70 call out fee for a tap he left leaking as a result of the plumbing. He argued that this was a failed washer and not his responsibility. So sadly this has left a sour end to what would have been more work for him commercially and domestically.

  The system had been converted from a gravity fed system to a pressurised system. The old washer in the tap could not handle the pressure change and a result failed a 3 days later. This is an extra job. However we did repair the tap FREE of charge

  Immersion Heater Element replacement & service

  Craig come round on a Friday to investigate our issue with the immersion heater not heating the water. Wasn't long until he diagnosed the issue and what parts were needed to replace. Tuesday he's back round with the part, replaced and fully serviced. Reasonable price and made recommendations on further work without making me feel forced to take him up on the recommendations. Will absolutely be using Craig going forward for all our plumbing needs should we ever need it.

  Tricky installation of a new bath waste in an awkward, tight space.

  This was a tricky installation of a new bath waste in an awkward, tight space under a bath which had originally been fitted a bit too low (by someone else). Craig responded quickly to my call for help and came the next morning. He managed to redirect the drain and get things working again quickly, at a keen price.
