Constantin and his team have been a pleasure to work with. His quote was competitive and the most detailed of all builders we enquired with. His team work hard and do things to a high quality - they take pride in their work. Constantin was always helping us to think a step ahead, which meant the build completed on time and within budget - and stress free! New bathroom, new kitchen, all fitted perfectly. When we asked for help with the patio after the build, the team had it complete in less than a week from giving us the quote! Definitely recommend to others.

Currently using this builder and really happy with the work so far. They’ve completed the foundations on time, worked hard throughout (even in the rain), and everything has passed building control with no issues. The project is still ongoing, but based on what we’ve seen so far, we’re very pleased and looking forward to the rest being completed.

Cos and his team carried out an extension and ground floor refurbishment for our house. The works were completed to a very high standard and at a reasonable price. His workers were also polite, professional and kept the place tidy. They were particularly creative in working out how to support a large skylight in the kitchen.

CC Builders team installed a bathoom suite right from scratch - putting up studs, fully tiling, installing a shower etc. This was done at my home in Morden years ago - to date no issues! They also installed a cloak room and it was excellently done. The pricing was good and to date absolutely fine with no leaks or issues. Many thanks to CC Builders and wish you the best
