I found Chris to be professional and courteous. We had a mains leak in the loft from a shower heater unit outlet pipe which Chris isolated. Chris is currently in the process of finding out why this happened because it's unusual for this type of pipe to burst. Communication with Chris has been excellent

Chris arrived on time as arranged. Fitted new tap and ordered new cistern parts. Came back a few days later and fitted them. New tap works brilliantly and our toilet cistern flushes well with no continual running
