Another great experience!

I have used Chris several times over the past few years and, as always, his provided an excellent service. He provided us with options and advice when changing our shower unit from a tank fed to mains fed set-up. He was prompt in replying to messages, flexible with dates, and kept us up-to-date on arrival times. When carrying out the job he was very professional and respectful of our home; and very tidy as always. He gave us a full explanation of the work carried out and how to operate the new unit. Highly recommended.

Arrived on time, explained everything in an easy to understand manner, and finished the job promptly. Very satisfied.

Chris was excellent. Once he'd arrived, he brought all his tools in, which signalled to me 'This guy means business. He means to get the job done.' I really appreciated that and did not have that experience with the larger company I had booked previously. Chris also asked for pictures beforehand, which he used to provide a very reasonable and competitive quote. Again, previous company did not ask for pictures ahead of time. And Chris stuck within the parameters of his quote and honoured it on the day. Throughout the job Chris was very communicative, tidy and everything was done above board.

Chris communicated prior to agreed meeting time so we were not left waiting. Identified the problem and managed to complete the job with minimum disruption and with great efficiency. Very professional and would fully recommend CCB Plumbing and Heating.
