I contacted CB on Saturday evening and within 1/2 an hour an engineer was checking our faulty stairlift. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. After servicing the chair, he diagnosed the problem and was clear about next steps. He promised to be back next day with a new battery and telephoned on Sunday morning, with an estimated arrival time. He was able to fix the lift, fit the battery and check it was running perfectly. The price (£225) was very fair for two weekend visits, servicing, and fitting a new battery. I strongly recommend CB - excellent communication and service.

Once we agreed on the installation date, everything was booked and installed within just two days, which I am extremely grateful for.
