Needed an urgent repair to a warehouse roof, and CBM Property Solutions managed to do it within a few days of viewing the property. Very happy with work.

CBM got in touch really quickly (on a Sunday) and were around the next morning for the repair. Total time was only ten mins but they were polite and excellent price.

Recently received a very competitive estimate for a roof repair from CBM. The work was carried out to repair an ongoing roof leak which had previously been repaired by another roofer but still continued to leak. Joe and Ash came and looked at the problem and did a thorough inspection and fully explained the issue. They were able to offer a repair to the roof within a few days of initial inspection. The work was carried out and they did an amazing job, keeping me informed of every step as they worked also offering other options to fully solve the problem. Both very professional and hardworking
