Charlie and his team were very proactive, friendly, proactive and excellent at communicating from the start to the end. When the initial assessment was made, he provided a clear explanation of the work that would be carried out and provided a no obligation quote. Job was completed in a mess free and timely manner and came with some warranty. Would highly recommend.

We have had problems with a leaking flat roof for years and years with many roofers coming to fix it unsuccessfully. Charlie is the first one to point out basic design errors causing these leaks - with clear evidence of water damage. They removed all tiles and ridges on the surround, added in missing felt, replaced the tiles and the ridges were firmly refixed. They also replaced the flat roof covering which was all flaking off with a good solid liquid coating. The last few days have given it a thorough testing with no sign of water. Will definitely use again should we require additional work.

Charlie is a reliable and trustworthy trader. He first fixed our gutters and later returned to repair the roof, both times delivering excellent work. Communication was always clear and straightforward, and he provided an estimate and invoice. He even sent us photos of the problems and the repairs, reassuring us that no additional work was needed, unlike what had been anticipated before. In a market where many traders try to upsell unnecessary jobs, Charlie does exactly what’s needed and does it well. I highly recommend him—he’s one of the good ones.

Found via Checkatrade, responded to our enquiry the same day and came out to quote only a day later - work completed the following week. Polite, quick to reply, explained what needed doing clearly and a nice group a guys to deal with! Would recommend.

Guttering replaced and full house gutter & fascia cleaning. Absolutely excellent standard of work with an outstanding result. I am so pleased with the work that I am having them clean the moss off whole roof too. Pricing is also the best with no VAT on top.
