Good communication and arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed and fixed radiator leak. Carried out boiler service efficiently.

The gas engineer Jonny arrive on time. Decomission the gas fire removed debris cleaned up the dust and . Then did a gas safety check to make sure all gas appliances where working safely.

We were recommended this team a couple of years back and have pleasure in onward recommending ourselves. They are reliable, professional and pleasant to deal with - and really go the extra mile. This week they juggled things at their end to fit in our boiler repair … we were most grateful … but all our dealings have been really impressive since we’ve used them. We heartily recommend!

One of the zone valves was in a difficult location hidden behind a kitchen cabinet with a small access hole. They managed to enlarge this hole just enough to allow removal of the old valve and installation of the new one and without major alterations to the cupboard. When replacing the hot water valve it was discovered that the existing cylinder was leaking. They had a new one delivered within the hour and got it installed. This meant that Jonny and Louie had a long day and I was very impressed with their technical skill and positive attitude.

Well done Melanie, Neil and Jonny. As a family run company we have no cause to complain. They are very professional, friendly and helpful. They are experts in their field. We have used Caversham Plumbing & Heating for many years now. We have never had cause for complaint. They service our boiler every year. We recently had to call them out as we had too hot water and the radiators staying too hot. This was caused by another company putting in a new bathroom for us. Jonny came out and repaired as needed.

Jonny arrived on time, performed the annual service on our boiler very tidily and completed the paperwork afterwards.
