First of all we received top quality advice regarding the work required. All necessary permissions were obtained. The work was carried out very effectively over 3 days. All staff were knowledgable efficient and polite. All the necessary equipment they required was to hand and worked perfectly. Job location: SO40Excellent friendly and professional service. They felled the dying oak in my small garden without mishap and without any collateral damage to fence or passer-by, ground out the stump, tidied up and took away all the debris. Third time we have used Catts Tree care. Cannot fault them. My tree surgeon work colleagues saw the equipment they were using and were mightily impressed. Three guys were on it non stop bar a lunch break non stop for 4 plus hours. After an initial meeting to discuss options, we accepted a quotation and agreed a suitable date for the works. The team arrived on time, we extremely well equipped and worked throughout the day to complete the works and tidy up.
