Great communication and done really efficiently

The gentleman arrived on time having called in advance,started the job immediately, he was alone but was very slick getting the fridge freezer out of the casing.He was very professional, tidy and pleasant,altogether a job well done and I would not hesitate to use this firm again.

Cattermole were excellent from the very beginning. They turned up when they said they would. Jamie checked the fridge over on his first visit. He was professional, courteous and kind. He ordered the part and did a temporary fix till the part arrive. Part came within a couple of days and Jamie again turned up when he said he would. Jamie fitted part and job done. Jamie is thorough but works quickly and quietly. I would highly recommend Jamie and Cattermole.

The fridge of my 18 yo built-in fridge/freezer had slowly lost its cooling performance. Jamie arrived on time, after excellent comms & instantly identified & took time to explain the fault. As I thought, it wasn’t a cost effective repair. When asked if I’d like a quote for a replacement unit, I said yes, expecting the cost to be higher than a similar spec unit from Currys. Turns out It was a good deal cheaper & was installed promptly & to a high standard within a week by Jamie. Excellent company.

After our old oven broke and a mild panic… one phonecall and a text and our new oven was ordered, installation booked, removal of old oven booked and so easily done! The engineer came and did the whole lot within a few days of calling and was so lovely, professional and courteous. Cattermole Electrical made what I thought could be a stressful chore completely easy for me, and totally fault and stress free 😊 Highly recommended and will definitely use them again. Thank you!
