We contacted Justin when our hot water stopped working. He attended our house that same day, diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement part for our boiler, and came back the next day to fit the new part. Justin was highly responsive in his communication and his service was speedy and effective. Job location: OX4Justin was great, he came round and was really helpful at identifying this rather weird problem I had about a leak coming into the kitchen. He helped figure out what we think was wrong, and gave fixed the issue really well. He was very friendly and explained everything great. Communicated really well beforehand as well.
