Mark came up with a solution that was cost effective and has worked perfectly, where others refused to install a Catflap into the glass due to it being older and single glazed. Mark removed glass and created a panel to the bottom half of the door that looks like it has always been there. Highly recommended by us!

Mark was very kind and polite. He was very realistic that tilt and turn windows are not easy to repair, though he was more than willing to give it a go and thankfully was able to fix our window. Very pleased, thankyou very much.
