This is the 2nd time ive used this guy. Tje first time i saw a few scratches on my skylights after he finished cleaning. Particularly in a semi circular motion like when someone is cleaning. I asked him about it and he said it was there before. I couldnt be certain but took his word for it it as i was new to the property. Many months later i contact him for a second clean and there are so many scratches in almost every area he touched. I was certain and this time when i contacted him after denying it. He vanished and wont respond to my messages.

Good communication. Work carried out quickly and with a reasonable charge (below the quoted charge too).
