Ed and his team were just amazing. He was very honest and, right from the first survey, told me he doubted I needed a full rewire, which was not the experience I had with other companies. I felt at home straight away with Ed. He completed a thorough electrical check and clearly outlined the areas that needed upgrading. He followed through with the work very efficiently and was completely considerate of everyone in the house, making sure fridges and freezers were safe and never disrupted. My landing light fitting kept blowing bulbs. The owner emailed me with possible reasons for my problem and the cost of the job. I spoke to him on the phone to arrange a visit. He was pleasant and friendly, he arrived on time and quickly found my problem and fixed it. I will use him again for any electrical jobs I have in the future.
