I was really nervous about choosing the correct tradesman for this job, but while listening to them price up for my quote, I heard them say ‘it will look better if we do !!!’ This made me feel like they cared about the whole look of the job they were doing. They are a young company, and I had fears on waste licences etc, I emailed Checkatrade who confirmed they check that the company have all the necessary paperwork, this put my mind at rest. They were great and I would recommend highly.

The experience from Brandon and his team was excellent from start to finish. The job was completed promptly and everything was left tidy. The price was good and I am very happy with the job done. Would consider Castle Roofing for all future work needed. Thanks again

They came out quickly to give us a quote, gave us options and recommendations and had us booked in the following weekend. They suspected the substrate to be rotten, even though there was no obvious leak. I agreed to have it replaced instead of repaired. On the day, they removed layers of bad fixes and rotten wood and replaced it all. Looks great. The kept us in the loop the whole time and cleaned up afterwards, even offering to touch up some paintwork while up the ladder!

Communication was really good with quick responses. Managed to fit us in soon after the quote. The guys got on with it and both jobs were completed in a few hours. Left the areas tidy afterwards.
