I had a damp problem on the ground floor of my house (multiple rooms). Simon visited to examine the issue: he diagnosed the issue (damp and dry rot), explained what work would be needed and promptly provided a quote. On the day of the job itself, Simon executed the work (carrying out all items he had specified would be needed) and left the house tidy and clean. I am pleased to say I have had no problems since. Simon and Steve came in very professional and understanding our issues very well and completed everything perfectly. Fitted an extractor fan properly and quickly

Having suffered with rising damp and condensation issues for many years I had lost the will to live (and a lot of money) until calling Castle Preservation Services. Simon responded very quickly to my messages and came out more than once to explain what needed to be done and more importantly what didn't. A very competitive quote was received. The work was carried out to a high standard, time keeping was exceptional and tidiness superb. I would have no hesitation in recommending Simon (and Steve) who where both very pleasant guys to anyone with similar problems.

Excellent job, professionally carried out on time and at quoted price. New damp proof and French drain installed all internal plaster work and skirting replaced very well. Simon fixed a rising damp issue in our floor. He removed the damp concrete, lay a new membrane and reconcreted. He was on time, clear in what he was doing and very communicative. I would really recommend him.
